Join Refractive for a screening of award winning documentary film, The Nettle Dress by Dylan Howitt (Director), at UWS Paisley. The film screening will take place on Friday 24th May. Synopsis: ‘After the death of his beloved wife, textile artist Allan Brown embarks on a seven-year endeavor to weave a hand-spun dress from stinging nettles foraged in the woods surrounding his home.’
The evening will also include a screening of award-winning short film, ‘Dig’, by Gary Hewitt (Director). Synopsis: ‘A mother searches a secluded beach, determined to find a certain item, that will bring her some closure.’
